Green (unroasted) coffee beans — the Supernatural lot from our Homegrown Series, grown and cultivated on the slopes of Mt. Apo in Alegre, Davao del Sur. Our Supernatural process is an extended true anaerobic natural: whole cherries ferment slowly in sealed, oxygen-free tanks at low temperatures with their own natural microflora — no additives — then dry on raised beds over roughly 18 days. It's the most complex, fruit-forward lot we produce.
