Shipping policy

Processing. Orders are packed within 1 to 2 working days. Pre-order coffees are roasted after you order and ship on the date shown under the price and on your order confirmation.

Courier and transit. We ship nationwide with J&T Express. Typical transit after dispatch: Greater Metro Manila 1 to 2 days, the rest of Luzon 2 to 5 days, Visayas 3 to 6 days, Mindanao, Palawan and Bohol 4 to 7 days.

Shipping fees. Free on orders of ₱2,000 and up, nationwide. Below that: Greater Metro Manila and Luzon ₱79, Visayas ₱109, Mindanao ₱114, Palawan and Bohol ₱119, Batanes ₱280. The exact fee is shown at checkout once you enter your address. Business orders of 20 kg ship free within Metro Manila.

Tracking. Your J&T tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email; track the parcel at jtexpress.ph. If a parcel has not moved for three days, message us with your order number and we will follow it up with the courier.

Damaged or wrong items. Coffee that arrives damaged, or the wrong item, is replaced at no cost. Send a photo and your order number within 48 hours of delivery to hello@puregroundscoffee.com or through Messenger.
