Data Deletion Instructions

Pure Grounds Coffee Co. uses an internal app, Dash-Marketing, to manage our own Facebook Page, Instagram account and ads through Meta's platform. The app is used only by our own team and is not offered to the public.

The app does not store personal data about people who use Facebook or Instagram. When we read the details someone submits through one of our lead ads, the app passes them to our team without keeping a copy.

How to request deletion

If you would like us to delete information you have shared with Pure Grounds through Facebook or Instagram, such as a form you submitted on one of our ads, email hello@puregroundscoffee.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include the name and the email address or phone number you used, so we can find your details. We will delete them and reply to confirm once it is done.
