The Cream of the Crop of our latest Homegrown lots. The coffee cherries are placed in air-tight fermentation tanks and fermented at low temperatures with their own natural microflora, allowing them to undergo a true anaerobic fermentation. This process coaxes out the coffees' natural, complex, fruity flavors and aromas, without the introduction of any foreign supplementary variables. The cherries are then thoroughly dried on raised beds within 18 days. This coffee is bursting with flavor and gives a sweet, pleasant finish.
